DECEMBER 2009

Another month has gone by and the Saunders team is still working! We are having our second annual jean and toy drives to donate to underprivileged kids. We are also working around the clock to prepare our team to help out at the medical center where we will be training students on how to fix machines like incubators and dialysis machines. These machines will be donated to third-world countries where there are less machines to aid men, women, and children. These machines will be a great help and hopefully will save peoples lives. Team hoodie orders will be finalized soon! So please get your $30 dollars in to Mr. Nunes, Khalil Rivera or Anthony Resino. Mr. Curanovic is working with our new members and teaching them how the drive train works, so we can make a prototype and get a basic robot chasis moving. This is a major step in the build process! Our build season is coming up soon, so we would like all team members to get some sleep this month, as January 9th, 2010, our season begins! From that day on the members of the build team will be staying late brainstorming, prototyping, building, and driving. Money from our cookie dough fundraiser will be due on December 9th, 2009.
