Jose Nunes

Masters in Science of Manhattan College in Education

Our teacher and mentor, Mr. Nunes, is our electronics coach. He stays everyday after- school to help out the students. He teaches them how to program the robot, how to do the circuitry of the electronics, and other necessary components for the building process. Mr. Nunes is a very dedicated teacher who loves to spend his time with the team, being the first one there and one of the last to leave. Its his love for teaching and robots which keeps the team going.

Our teacher and mentor, Mr. Curvanoic, is our machine shop coach. He too stays after-school with Mr. Nunes, everyday and on the weekends. His skills with teaching students involve the safe practicing of machinery to make robot components, his judgments help the students realize their mistakes in the build process, and his dedication is beyond those of many to be found. He has been with the team since the start and will continue to do so till the end.
