SEPTEMBER 2009

We hope everyone enjoyed their long summer, but as you know when school starts work is in session! We are coming off of a great season and are looking to carry that momentum into this upcoming season. As you all must have been informed of our new team officials: Khalil Rivera: President; Yssavo Camacho: Vice President; Shifali Kumar: Secretary; Anthony Resino: Treasurer. We also have some notable loses since last season like: Jeffrey, our programmer; Christina, Daniel, Samantha, Guilherme, our CID members; and many others! This doesnt mean that we can loosen up! We have big goals this year and we are looking to fulfill all of them but everyone has to work as a team and come together for all our goals to be meet. Now with all that said and done lets have a great season this year and hope to go to Internationals in Georgia this year!! Important Notes and Dates:

• Dues this year are $20, this includes a team t-shirt and two regional trips.


• October 4th is the walk for Alzheimers disease! Come out and represent our team!


• Our team will also be partaking in the 5th annual Haunted House in Saunders Trades & Technical High School this year. Please come out and help out.


• Our first team meeting will be on September 23rd, 2009 in the CID shop! Dont forget!

In order for you partake in this years build season your grades and behavior must be in good standings. We are requiring all members to get a letter from your respective guidance councilors, your AP (Assistant Principal), and the principal, Mr. Steve Mazzola. NO EXCUSES!!

All of your college applications MUST be submitted before the Christmas break to partake in build season this year.
